Salon Etiquette

Reservations

Appointments are always recommended, we also recommend that you scheduled your next

appointment prior to leaving the salon / studio, we further request that you arrive at least

10 minutes prior to your appointment so that your scheduled service may begin at the appointed

time, and end in time for our next clients appointment.

Cancellation Policy

As a courtesy to other clients and our staff, we ask that you please call us at least 24 hours in advance

should you need to cancel your appointment.

Late Arrivals

If you are more than 10 minutes late without contacting us, we may need to reschedule your

appointment. We value both your and our time and make a consertive effort to avoid long waiting

periods in the salon. If time is critical to your schedule on your appointment day, we request that

you notify us in advance or while making your appointment

Confirmation Calls

As a courtesy, we will try and confirm your appointments a day prior; however it is still your responsibility

to remember your appointment date & time.

Children Policy

Hair and Image Institute aims to provide a professional atmosphere and sanctuary for our clients, a place

to relax for a moment, relieve the stress of our modern lives and to be indulged. For this reason and as

a courtesy to other salon / studio clients, we ask that you take full responsibility in watching your children

at all times while in the salon and no child may not be left alone, due to the nature of our business, a

number of sharp instruments / heated items and dangerous chemicals are all within reach of children,

Hair and Image Institute will not take responsibility or be held liable for any loss / or injury whilst on the

premises of the salon & studio. Please make the necessary child care arrangements prior to your visit, parents

will be requested to remove disruptive children.

Payments

We accept all credit / debit card and cash payments, no cheque payments accepted. Internet banking

facilities are available.
